Refunds and returns policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 days. Shipping time varies according to the shipping option you choose when placing your order. We use Chronopost in France and DHL express in Europe.

Business days are Monday to Friday. We do not send orders to P.O. Boxes, only to a physical address. For shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein, transport will be carried out according to the FAP incoterm, the goods are invoiced tax-free on our site, the total value will be declared to the carrier who will contact the recipient to settle the cost of postage and import duty in the country.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of ensuring total customer satisfaction. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with them. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must return your order within 20 days of placing it. The merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it and not damaged in any way. Exceptions may be made for manufacturing defects.
