Maintenance, repair and upkeep

To make a repair request, please complete the form by filling in each box below. Once the form has been completed and sent, we will process your request and get back to you with a quote based on the information provided within 5 days. You'll receive a link to pay your proforma invoice and instructions on how to send us your machine. Once we have received your machine, it will be repaired using new, original parts used by Dan in the manufacture of the machine. If we need to use parts additional to those specified on the quotation, these will be added to the final invoice. If we do not need to use all the parts specified on the quotation for your repair, you will receive a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE SEND YOUR MACHINE TO THE WORKSHOP ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE PROFORMA INVOICE YOU WILL RECEIVE SHORTLY. ALL MACHINES SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REPAIR.

The price of a repair is calculated on the basis of 115HT/hour (including repair, email, packaging and logistics). The price of parts required for the repair and shipping costs are to be added to the service charge.

If you have a valid intra-Community VAT number, please enter it when making your request. If the number is correct, your quote will be exempt from VAT. (not applicable to French customers). If you don't have a VAT number, VAT will be applied to your quote.

For the UK, Switzerland and Norway, customs clearance costs are included in the shipping costs, while customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the machine owner. In order to avoid high customs duties, we will provide round-trip transport. We can also order a "return for repair" shipment from our DHL carrier. Once your machine has been repaired, its return will be recorded as "return after repair".
