In view of your country's customs situation, and in order to avoid significant import and export customs duties, we will collect your package from your address and complete the customs declaration for you. The parcel will be indicated as leaving your country as "return for repair" and the indicated value of the goods will be below the tax thresholds. The return will be indicated as "return after repair" and the value of the goods will also be below the customs tax thresholds.
Should we be required to pay customs duties on your shipment, these will be reflected in your final invoice.
To avoid customs duties on your shipment, we will have to declare the value of the goods below the threshold established by the customs authorities in your country. It will not be possible to insure your machine above this threshold. If you would like us to declare a higher value in order to insure your machine for a certain amount, please let us know. We will take this into account when drawing up your quotation.
